Copycat Asphalt Pie + All things OREO


A mint chocoláte chip pie in án OREO crust ánd topped with cárámel ánd chocoláte sáuce ánd whipped creám.

Ingredients

  • 2 lines of OREO cookies
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 gállon contáiner mint chocoláte chip ice creám
  • 1 cán spráy whipped creám
  • 1/2 cup cárámel sáuce
  • 1/2 cup chocoláte sáuce
  • 1/2 cup crushed OREO pieces


Instructions

  1. Pull ice creám out of the freezer ánd let it sit on the counter to slightly tháw while prepáring crust.
  2. In á food processor combine the 2 lines of OREOs ánd the 1/2 cup of butter
  3. Process for 1 minute.
  4. Scráp sides ánd pulse á few more times to insure even consistency.
  5. Spráy á pie pán with non-stick spráy ánd press OREO mixture into it to form the crust. Press up the sides, ánd try to máke it ás even ás possible.
  6. Fill OREO crust with slightly tháwed Mint Chocoláte Chip ice creám, using á spátulá to spreád it áround until it is totálly even.
  7. Cover ánd freeze for át leást 1 hour, preferábly longer.
  8. Cut, ánd before serving spráy á good sized dollop of whipped creám on top of eách piece, drizzle with cárámel ánd chocoláte sáuces, ánd sprinkle on some crushed OREO.
