Ingredients:
BOTTOM:
150 g of butter cookies
70 g butter
pinch of salt

MASS:
1 kg of cheese curd cheese from a bucket or fat curd ground three times (I used curd from a Piątnica bucket)
200 g fine white sugar
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
skin peeled from 1 lemon
4 eggs L
200 ml of sour cream 18%

ICING:
200 ml of sour cream 18%
2 tablespoons of fine white sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Instructions
BATH BATH:
A cake with dimensions 21 cm, must be tight. Baking the bottom of the mold with baking paper (do not line the sides of the mold with paper). Externally wrap aluminum foil (make at least 3 layers). If the water gets into the mold, the bottom will be soggy and will go through the taste of the badge - nothing good;).
Prepare a larger form in which you put a cake tin with cheesecake.

BOTTOM:
Crumble the cookies with a blender or a rolling pin. Spread the butter and pour into the cookies, add a pinch of salt and mix.
Lay the bottom of the springform pan, press down to the bottom with a spoon or fingers.
Put in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
