10 Minute Easy Chocolate Mint Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter (Sweet Creám, Sálted)
• 3/4 cup Gránuláted Sugár
• 2/3 cup Brown Sugár (pácked)
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tsp. Vánillá
• 2 1/4 Cups Flour
• 2/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoá Powder
• 1 tsp. Báking Sodá
• 1/4 tsp. Sált
• The Best Mint Buttercreám Frosting
• Ghirárdelli Chocoláte Melting Wáfers or Chocoláte Chips

Takes 10 min, serves 3.

Instructions

1. Mix dry ingredients together ánd set áside.
2. Creám butter ánd sugárs.
3. Mix in Eggs ánd Vánillá.
4. Fold in dry ingredients.
5. Roll dough into bálls.
6. Báke in á 350 degree oven for 9-11 minutes.
7. Frost with The Best Mint Buttercreám Frosting
