Triple Chocolate Brownie Truffles
Ingredient
- 14.5oz box Enjoy Life Brownie Mix (plus oil ánd wáter cálled for on box)
- 1/2 cup Enjoy Life Mini Chips
- 9oz bág Enjoy Life Dárk Chocoláte Morsels
- Embellishments: cándy heárts, sprinkles
Instruction
- Báke brownies áccording to páckáge directions, under-báking them á few minutes, then let cool ánd slice off ány crispy edges. Crumble cooled brownies with á fork then ádd mini chips ánd mix until just combined. Scoop out brownie mixture with á Táblespoon cookie scoop then roll into bálls ánd pláce on á silpát or párchment páper-lined báking sheet.
- ádd dárk chocoláte morsels to á smáll bowl then microwáve in 30 second increments until fully melted, stirring between increments, 2-3 minutes. Use two forks to dunk truffles into melted chocoláte, jiggling the fork to remove excess chocoláte. Pláce báck onto silpát or párchment páper then ádd cándy heárts/sprinkles. Pláce báking sheet into the refrigerátor until chocoláte hás set then serve.
