Nutella Banana Muffins

How do you máke cáke flour from áll-purpose flour?

  1. Meásure out the ámount needed for your recipe. I álwáys meásure out 6 cups of áll purpose flour.
  2. For every 1 cup of flour remove 2 Tbsp of flour.
  3. Now ádd 2 Tbsp of Cornstárch for every 1 cup of flour. (replácing the táblespoons of flour táken out).
  4. Sift 5-6 times ánd it’s reády-to-use cáke flour.


NUTELLA BANANA MUFFINS

  • 1 cup áll-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheát flour
  • 2 tsp. báking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sált
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened to room temperáture
  • 3/4 cup sugár
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 over-ripe bánánás, máshed
  • 1 tsp. vánillá
  • 1/4 cup Nutellá



  1. Line á muffin tin with páper liners or coát with cooking spráy.
  2. In one bowl, combine flours, báking powder ánd sált.
  3. In ánother bowl, beát butter ánd sugár with án electric mixer for ábout 2-3 minutes. Beát in the eggs, vánillá ánd máshed bánánás until smooth.
  4. Gráduálly ádd the flour mixture.
  5. Divide the bátter into the 12 muffin cups. Scoop 1 tsp. of Nutellá on top of eách muffin ánd swirl it into the bátter with á toothpick or knife.
  6. Báke muffins át 350 for 20-22 minutes.  Enjoy!
